UV Curing Industry as the Core; Semiconductor Industry as the Focus.
Adhering to a global business strategy, the Company focuses on photocuring materials as its core business while prioritizing semiconductor materials as a key growth area. Since 2020, we have strategically expanded into photoresist and related raw materials through acquisitions and investments. In 2021, we established a dedicated R&D platform for semiconductor chemicals to advance photoresist and photosensitizer development. In 2022, we commenced production of a 600‑ton‑per‑year photosensitizer facility, marking a significant breakthrough in domestic supply of critical materials for g/i‑line and display photoresists. In late 2024, our 4,500‑ton‑per‑year photoresist project entered trial production. Today, we have built an integrated full‑industry chain covering the entire value chain—from photosensitizers, monomers, resins, and auxiliary reagents to finished photoresist products—for both display and semiconductor upstream sectors.
