Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to independently analyze, screen, optimize processes, and reduce costs while improving efficiency for assigned project routes.
2. Able to lead a team in managing multiple projects concurrently.
3. Able to lead team members to the factory to scale up the assigned project and successfully carry out pilot production.
Job Requirements: Candidates with a background in organic synthesis, applied chemistry, or related fields will be given priority.
Job Experience Requirements:
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in organic synthesis, process development, and optimization. Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
Able to accept occasional business travel.
