Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to independently conduct organic synthesis experiments.

2. Able to independently undertake projects assigned by the research group and provide constructive suggestions for the projects undertaken.

3. Able to move projects into the production workshop for scale-up; candidates with experience in factory-scale manufacturing are preferred.

Professional Requirements:

Candidates with a background in organic synthesis, applied chemistry, or related fields are preferred.

Job Experience Requirements:

Candidates are required to have at least one year of experience in organic synthesis, process development, and optimization.

Able to accept occasional business travel.
