Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for thoroughly and meticulously inspecting and accepting newly purchased equipment and components in accordance with the contract, completing the corresponding acceptance forms, and promptly reporting any issues discovered.
2. Responsible for collecting documentation such as instruction manuals, certificates of conformity, and material certifications for newly acquired or retrofitted equipment, and for establishing detailed, comprehensive technical files for each piece of equipment.
3. Responsible for drafting operating procedures and standards for new and modified production and related equipment, and for regularly updating and refining these procedures; also responsible for developing and revising maintenance procedures and standards for all production and auxiliary equipment.
4. Responsible for welcoming equipment suppliers’ on-site commissioning or maintenance personnel, as well as supervising and assisting with on-site equipment commissioning and repairs, and for completing, collecting, and archiving the relevant records.
5. Promptly maintain and update the equipment ledger; process all relevant procedures—such as equipment acquisition, transfer, relocation, and disposal—in accordance with the company’s equipment management policies, and coordinate monthly with the finance department.
6. Diligently perform statistical and analytical work on production processes and the maintenance and operation of related equipment, and promptly submit the corresponding statistical reports and analysis reports.
7. Responsible for compiling statistics on consumable parts for newly installed equipment and submitting reports promptly; coordinating with the hardware warehouse to maintain safety stock levels for major equipment spare parts and components; at the end of each month, summarizing information on material specifications and quantities required for next month’s production as well as for the maintenance and servicing of utility equipment, and submitting these reports on time; and at month‑end, compiling and reporting workshop consumption data for hardware materials.
8. Participate in the investigation of major equipment accidents and prepare a report for submission.
9. Maintain cleanliness within your scope of responsibility, rigorously implement the 6S workplace management standards, and ensure a clean and comfortable working environment.
10. Collaborate with the department in overseeing maintenance and power‑plant operational quality; participate in major preventive maintenance and repair activities for critical and key equipment, promptly identifying and reporting any issues; and promptly support the production and technical departments in implementing process upgrades.
11. Diligently implement all company and departmental management policies; regularly attend departmental safety meetings; and collaborate with the department head to ensure the effective implementation of environmental protection, fire safety, and other related measures and action plans.
12. Strictly implement the company’s safety production guidelines and policies, with safety as the top priority; assist the department head in managing special equipment, and conduct inspections by government safety authorities in accordance with company requirements.
13. Firmly and punctually complete all tasks assigned by company leadership, ensuring both quantity and quality. For any tasks that cannot be completed, promptly report to the relevant supervisors and provide a clear explanation of the reasons, thereby guaranteeing effective execution.
Job Experience Requirements:
1. Major in chemical equipment management or a related field;
2. Possess 1–2+ years of relevant work experience;
3. Possesses a strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the chemical industry.
