2. Test the resin and its performance when compounded with monomers; design relevant experiments based on the original objectives of the resin synthesis to verify its properties; after discussing and finalizing the testing plan with your supervisor, independently develop the experimental design and execution protocol.

3. Be familiar with and proficient in the operation of all laboratory testing equipment, capable of independently using the relevant instruments to perform corresponding performance tests.

4. Assist in completing bulk inventory preparation.
