Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of photoresist formulations and the organization of R&D documentation.

2. Responsible for small-scale and pilot-scale validation of photoresist formulations;

3. Responsible for sourcing and organizing raw materials for research and development;

4. Participate in all company training programs, comply with all company policies and procedures, and ensure safety throughout the R&D process.

5. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of R&D-related equipment;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
