Job Responsibilities: 1. Fully implement and enforce national and local laws, regulations, and standards related to safety and environmental protection. 2. Take overall responsibility for advancing the management of safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and wastewater treatment facilities; develop safety and environmental management plans, objectives, and implementation strategies, submit them for review, and ensure their execution. 3. Formulate and implement management systems for production safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and fire safety. 4. Oversee daily departmental operations, coordinate activities, track progress, and provide technical support. 5. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordinate with external stakeholders. 6. Lead team development, enhance staff competencies, and conduct performance evaluations. 7. Ensure comprehensive implementation of responsibilities related to production safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and hazardous waste management. 8. Conduct factory accident investigations and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. 9. Prepare the annual budget for safety-related expenses, submit it for approval, and monitor its execution. 10. Assess the current safety conditions of the plant, conduct occupational health evaluations, and complete required filings. 11. Manage change‑control risks associated with company renovation projects. 12. Perform safety risk assessments and register major hazard sources at the facility. 13. Supervise the registration, filing, and periodic inspections of the company’s special equipment and combustible/toxic gas alarm systems. 14. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership in a timely manner. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or higher in a chemical engineering or related field. 2. 3–5+ years of experience in production safety. 3. In-depth knowledge of production safety practices and familiarity with relevant procedures. 4. Possession of a Safety Engineer Certificate or Fire Safety Engineer Certificate. 5. Strong enthusiasm for work and extensive expertise in safety matters. 6. A strong sense of responsibility.
