Responsible for the maintenance, support, and management of the company’s production, R&D, and utility equipment and facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of production and business activities. Job Experience Requirements: 1. At least 1.5 years of experience in mechanical equipment, with a minimum of 3 years in the fine chemical or pharmaceutical industries. 2. Possesses expertise in mechanical equipment principles and maintenance, as well as electrical engineering knowledge. 3. Has knowledge of chemical engineering and chemical materials, and understands production processes. 4. Skilled in mechanical equipment repair, circuit design and modification, and troubleshooting. 5. Demonstrates strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent execution capabilities. 6. Exhibits outstanding communication and coordination abilities, along with a strong team‑oriented spirit. 7. Displays exceptional adaptability and the ability to promptly resolve various emergencies. 8. Candidates holding an intermediate professional title in the chemical industry or a registered safety engineer certification will be given priority consideration.
