Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in formulating, making, and implementing the company’s strategic investment decisions; participate in preliminary investment decision‑making and risk assessments for proposed projects; provide support for investment decisions through market analysis, technical evaluation, business model analysis, financial analysis, and other relevant studies of target investments. 2. Oversee the overall management and execution of the company’s invested projects, including: drafting post‑investment management plans, monitoring and ensuring compliance with investment agreement terms, conducting ongoing project tracking, analysis, and performance evaluation, proposing exit strategies, and preparing regular project operation reports. 3. Coordinate post‑investment management for the company’s industry funds and their portfolio companies; stay abreast of the latest developments within these funds and associated companies; regularly collect and analyze financial and key operational data, and offer risk‑mitigation recommendations. 4. Maintain daily communication with relevant business departments to promptly gather the latest industry information, conduct related analyses and research, and provide insights to inform the company’s strategic development. 5. Arrange meetings for the company’s project investment decision‑making committee, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on, oversee, and implement post‑meeting action plans. 6. Handle other matters related to the company’s strategy and investment activities. Professional Requirements: No specific major required; candidates with backgrounds in finance, economics, law, accounting, or related fields are preferred. Position Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full‑time program; majors in finance, economics, law, accounting, or related fields are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in project investment management; familiar with equity investment processes; prior experience managing investment projects is a plus. 3. Strong team player with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and robust planning, logical analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. 4. A solid understanding of the new materials and semiconductor industries; experience investing in manufacturing value chains is advantageous; background in risk control or auditing is a plus.
