Materials Specialist Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for materials management throughout the project construction process and establishing a comprehensive materials management system. 2. Identify material supply requirements in accordance with the construction schedule, oversee the submission of material requisitions, track procurement and delivery progress, and ensure the smooth execution of the project. 3. Conduct regular inventory counts and compile summaries of material consumption, providing written reports on material usage to the project team as required. 4. Prepare various materials management reports according to company or project requirements, accurately reflecting the status of materials control, and assist with the organization and reconciliation of accounting records. 5. Collaborate with supervising management on economic analysis, provide data to relevant departments, and support all cost‑accounting activities for the project. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree; candidates with a background in Process Equipment and Control Engineering or related fields are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in materials management for mechanical and electrical installation projects, demonstrating strong materials management skills. 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. 4. Willingness to work long-term on-site at project locations. 5. Honest, upright, positive, and optimistic; possessing strong teamwork skills and resilience under pressure, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and able to adapt to extended overseas assignments.
