Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for factory safety inspections and hazard identification, including hazard detection, data collection, corrective actions, analysis, and documentation/archiving. 2. Manage hazardous operations such as hot work, confined space entry, work at height, lifting operations, and temporary electrical work; conduct risk assessments, obtain necessary approvals, oversee the execution of these tasks, and maintain records and archives. 3. Oversee pre‑entry qualification reviews for contractors, ensure the signing of safety agreements, administer onboarding training, and manage relevant record‑keeping. 4. Handle the procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of company emergency response supplies. 5. Ensure the continuous improvement and proper archiving of documents related to safety standardization, occupational health and safety management systems, and environmental management systems. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or higher in a safety‑related field. 2. At least one year of experience in production safety. 3. Solid knowledge of workplace safety practices and familiarity with safety‑related procedures. 4. Strong enthusiasm for the role and a deep understanding of safety principles. 5. A strong sense of responsibility.
