Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the daily management and performance evaluation of technical supervisors and technicians, as well as providing professional training to departmental staff. 2. Provide technical support for ongoing factory projects and conduct regular analyses of project operations. 3. Propose solutions to address issues identified in production processes. 4. Develop and organize technical documentation, including product manufacturing processes, technical standards, and production workflows. 5. Track new products or improvements to existing products through pilot production, and design and implement optimization trials based on specific circumstances. 6. Conduct training for workshop personnel. 7. Draft and perform preliminary reviews of process procedure changes. 8. Organize technical meetings, regularly evaluate existing processes, and explore opportunities for improvement. 9. Manage laboratory operations, identify hazards in both office and laboratory settings, assess environmental risks, and develop preventive measures. 10. Prepare departmental material requisition plans, oversee the procurement of laboratory equipment, and review and approve office supply requests. 11. Regularly compile and summarize findings from process inspections. 12. Oversee safety management during small- and medium-scale pilot runs of new processes. 13. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhere to environmental control measures, and strictly comply with laboratory waste‑management regulations. 14. Strictly follow established workplace safety procedures, diligently study safety and fire‑prevention protocols, participate in emergency drills, properly wear personal protective equipment, enhance awareness of occupational health, and strengthen self‑protection consciousness. 15. Perform other tasks assigned by management. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, or a related field. 2. 1–2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Strong enthusiasm for work and extensive knowledge of chemical engineering. 4. A strong sense of responsibility.
