Job Responsibilities: 1. Complete formulation optimization tasks according to work assignments; possess a solid understanding of the basic properties of raw materials and be familiar with the technical requirements of various photopolymerization industries, enabling you to select appropriate raw materials based on specific performance needs and independently design and validate related formulations. 2. Test the performance of company products under specific base formulations, identify the strengths and weaknesses of new products, propose targeted solutions, and independently prepare technical guidance documents. 3. Independently handle customer technical inquiries and provide relevant technical support; conduct ad hoc technical training sessions for both customers and internal staff. 4. Possess strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with CET‑6 certification. 5. Demonstrate team spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Professional Requirements: - Major in Materials Science or Polymer Materials and Engineering. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Preference given to candidates with experience in coatings and inks, particularly those familiar with the UV coating and ink industries. 2. Specialization in one or more areas such as product design, application evaluation, or technical support services for coatings and inks. 3. Candidates with a materials-related background are preferred, especially those with experience in photopolymerization. 4. Recent graduates should have a background in materials chemistry. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
