2. Assume overall responsibility for advancing the management of safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and the wastewater treatment plant; formulate safety and environmental protection plans, target indicators, and management strategies; submit them for review and ensure their implementation.

3. The safety production, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and other management systems that have been formulated and implemented;

4. Take full responsibility for the department’s daily work planning, coordination, and progress tracking, and provide technical support.

5. Responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination with external entities;

6. Responsible for the development of the departmental team and its members’ capabilities, as well as performance evaluation.

7. Fully advance the implementation of responsibilities for workplace safety, environmental protection, occupational health, fire safety, and hazardous waste management.

8. Responsible for investigating factory accidents and ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;

9. Responsible for preparing the annual safety budget, submitting it for review, and overseeing its implementation.

10. Responsible for the factory’s safety status, occupational health assessments, and filing procedures;

11. Responsible for conducting risk assessments related to change management for the company’s renovation projects;

12. Responsible for conducting safety risk assessments of major hazard sources at the factory and for filing and registering such assessments.

13. Responsible for overseeing the registration, filing, and inspection of the company’s special equipment and flammable and toxic gas alarm systems;

14. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership on time.

Job Experience Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in a chemistry‑related field;

2. Possess 3 to 5+ years of experience in production safety-related roles;

3. Possess knowledge of enterprise production safety and be familiar with the scope of safety production work.

4. Possess a certificate for fire safety registration or fire safety cancellation;

5. Possesses a strong work ethic and extensive safety knowledge.

6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility.
