Complete corresponding formulation optimizations in accordance with work assignments; possess a thorough understanding of the basic properties of formulation raw materials and the technical requirements of various photopolymerization industries; be able to identify suitable raw materials based on specific performance needs, and independently design and validate relevant formulations.

2. Test the performance of the company’s products under specific base formulations, identify the strengths and weaknesses of new products, propose targeted solutions, and independently prepare technical guidance documentation.

3. Independently handle customer technical inquiries and provide relevant technical guidance, and conduct ad-hoc technical training for both customers and internal staff.

4. Possesses a certain level of English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; CET-6 certified.

5. Possesses a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
