1. Responsible for the day-to-day management and performance evaluation of technical supervisors and technicians, as well as providing professional training to departmental staff.

2. Responsible for providing technical support to the factory’s ongoing projects and conducting regular analyses of their operational performance.

3. Propose solutions to address the issues identified in the production process.

4. Responsible for developing and organizing technical documentation, including product manufacturing processes, technical standards, and production workflows.

5. Track and conduct pilot production for new products or improvements to existing products, and design and implement optimization validation studies as appropriate.

6. Undertake the training of workshop workers.

7. Responsible for drafting and conducting the preliminary review of process procedure changes;

9. Implement control measures for the laboratory, identify hazards in both the office and the laboratory, assess environmental hazards, and develop preventive measures.

11. Conduct regular summaries and analyses of process inspections.

12. Responsible for safety management of new processes during small-scale and pilot-scale trials.

13. Consciously maintain a clean working environment on site, implement measures to control environmental factors, and strictly comply with the laboratory’s regulations for the treatment of waste gases, wastewater, and solid waste.

14. Strictly comply with the job-specific safety operating procedures, diligently study safety and fire‑prevention knowledge, conduct emergency response drills, conscientiously wear appropriate personal protective equipment, enhance awareness of occupational health, and strengthen self‑protection consciousness.

Job Experience Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field;
