1. Assist in the decision-making, formulation, and implementation of the company’s strategic investments; participate in the preliminary investment appraisal and risk assessment of proposed investment projects; and provide support for investment decisions through comprehensive analyses—including market analysis, technical evaluation, business model analysis, and financial analysis—of relevant investment targets.

2. Responsible for the overall management and execution of the company’s investment projects, including: drafting post-investment management plans, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of investment agreement terms, conducting ongoing tracking, analysis, and evaluation of invested projects, proposing exit strategies, and preparing regular project operation reports.

3. Responsible for coordinating post-investment management of the invested industry funds and their portfolio companies; promptly monitoring the latest developments of the industry funds and related entities; regularly collecting and analyzing financial and key business data from these funds and companies; and formulating risk mitigation recommendations.

4. Maintain regular communication with the company’s relevant business units, stay abreast of the latest industry developments, conduct pertinent analyses and research, and provide insights to inform the company’s strategic planning.

5. Arranging meetings and preparing materials for the company’s project investment decision‑making committee, as well as following up on, supervising, and ensuring the implementation of post‑meeting action plans;

6. Other matters related to the company’s strategy and investments.

Qualifications: No specific major required; candidates with backgrounds in finance, economics, law, accounting, or related fields are preferred.

Job Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, full-time; candidates with majors in finance, economics, law, accounting, or related fields are preferred.

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in project investment management; familiar with the equity investment process; prior experience in managing investment projects is preferred.

3. Possesses a strong team spirit, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills; demonstrates exceptional planning, logical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

4. Possesses a solid understanding of the new materials and semiconductor industries, with experience in investing across manufacturing value chains; candidates with risk management or auditing expertise are preferred.
