Proficient in laboratory procedures, responsible for or actively involved in laboratory management. 2. Familiar with experimental techniques and possess R&D experience in material synthesis and formulation development. 3. Proactive, capable of proposing practical suggestions, effectively leveraging resources, and independently achieving project objectives. 4. Successfully execute new product R&D experiments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
