Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing photoresist formulations and organizing R&D documentation. 2. Conduct pilot-scale and scale-up validation of photoresist formulations. 3. Identify and organize raw materials required for R&D projects. 4. Participate in company‑provided training, comply with all company policies and procedures, and ensure safety throughout the R&D process. 5. Manage and maintain R&D‑related equipment on a daily basis. 6. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
