Project Management Supervisor (Assistant to the Director)

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for formulating and refining the company’s policies, regulations, and management procedures for all projects, and ensuring that departmental staff and project teams strictly adhere to them. 2. Assist leadership in establishing the organizational structure of each project team, defining staffing quotas and personnel plans, and developing job descriptions and workflows for all positions within the project teams. 3. Organize training sessions to communicate and implement relevant policies and procedures across all project teams. 4. Coordinate skills‑training programs for personnel at all levels within the project teams and maintain detailed training records. 5. Support departmental leadership in setting departmental management objectives and plans, overseeing their implementation, and collaborating with related departments to develop annual project‑department plans and performance targets. 6. Assist departmental leadership in preparing budgets and controlling project expenses, compiling annual and monthly financial forecasts, and conducting feasibility analyses for each project. 7. Stay informed about project progress—including quality, schedule, and investment—and conduct regular oversight and inspections, followed by analysis and summarization. 8. Regularly gather information on the work status of all departmental employees, assist senior management in coordinating departmental operations, and keep track of key departmental activities. 9. Help senior management organize and arrange important meetings and events. 10. Support senior management in performing comprehensive coordination tasks and handling routine administrative matters. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; at least three years of experience in building and promoting project management systems, with strong project management capabilities. 2. Strong logical thinking and excellent managerial and coordination skills; quick‑thinking, with solid organizational, documentation, and communication abilities; able to proactively address challenges and find solutions to achieve set goals. 3. Prior experience in project management within the chemical industry or a similar sector is preferred.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with the Technical Department to perform material balance calculations and prepare PFD diagrams based on process flow descriptions. 2. Prepare PID diagrams, layout plans, and elevation drawings. 3. Collaborate with other disciplines, provide interface requirements, and coordinate cross-disciplinary coordination. 4. Conduct process handover and technical briefings at the construction site. 5. Oversee quality control for the process-related aspects of the project. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Candidates with chemical engineering design experience are preferred; those with at least two years of experience in chemical process design at a specialized design institute, or with production experience in a chemical plant, will be given priority. 2. Must be familiar with relevant design codes and standards, proficient in common chemical process operations, and skilled in using CAD drafting software and office applications such as Microsoft Office. 3. Prior experience in fine chemical project development is a plus. 4. Proactive, highly responsible, team-oriented, and possessing strong coordination and communication skills. 5. Willingness to undertake long-term business travel.

Materials Specialist Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for materials management throughout the project construction process and establishing a comprehensive materials management system. 2. Identify material supply requirements in accordance with the construction schedule, oversee the submission of material requisitions, track procurement and delivery progress, and ensure the smooth execution of the project. 3. Conduct regular inventory counts and compile summaries of material consumption, providing written reports on material usage to the project team as required. 4. Prepare various materials management reports according to company or project requirements, accurately reflecting the status of materials control, and assist with the organization and reconciliation of accounting records. 5. Collaborate with supervising management on economic analysis, provide data to relevant departments, and support all cost‑accounting activities for the project. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree; candidates with a background in Process Equipment and Control Engineering or related fields are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in materials management for mechanical and electrical installation projects, demonstrating strong materials management skills. 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. 4. Willingness to work long-term on-site at project locations. 5. Honest, upright, positive, and optimistic; possessing strong teamwork skills and resilience under pressure, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and able to adapt to extended overseas assignments.
