Hunan Jiuri has been recognized as the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
On January 7, 2022, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice on the Announcement of the List of Enterprise Technology Centers Recognized in Hunan Province for 2021 (the 26th Batch),” under which the Technology Center of Hunan Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially designated as a provincial-level enterprise technology center. The designation is valid from January 2022 to December 2024.

The designation is valid from January 2022 to December 2024.
The criteria for recognizing provincial-level enterprise technology centers are stringent: applicants must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the “Administrative Measures for the Recognition of Enterprise Technology Centers of Hunan Province.” Over the past three years, they must have experienced no major safety, environmental, or quality incidents and maintain a clean credit record. The assessment comprehensively evaluates multiple indicators, including innovation funding, human resources for innovation, technological accumulation, technological output, and innovation benefits, and is finalized through a process that includes nomination, expert review, and public announcement. In this round of public listing, 65 new enterprise technology centers were recognized across the province, with only five located in Huaihua City.
Provincial-level recognized enterprise technology centers serve as vital innovation platforms within the province’s overall technological innovation system. The company will increase investment in innovation resources, establish and refine an innovative organizational framework, comprehensively carry out innovation initiatives, and effectively leverage the functions of its technology center to strengthen its capacity for independent innovation and core competitiveness, thereby driving the enterprise’s innovative development.
