Good News! Dajing New Materials’ 4,500-ton-per-year photoresist project has gone into production.
The “Xuzhou Dajing New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. 4,500‑ton‑per‑year Photoresist Project,” invested in and constructed by the Company’s controlled subsidiary, Dajing New Materials, has now been completed. The trial production plan has been reviewed and approved by a panel of experts, and the project officially entered the trial production phase on November 19, 2024.
The “Xuzhou Dajing New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. 4,500‑ton‑per‑year Photoresist Project,” invested in and constructed by the Company’s controlled subsidiary, Dajing New Materials, has now been completed. The trial production plan has been reviewed and approved by a panel of experts, and the project officially entered the trial production phase on November 19, 2024.
This project, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of panel‑level photoresist and 500 tons of semiconductor photoresist, represents a concrete step in implementing the company’s industrial development strategy—centered on the photocurable industry and prioritizing the semiconductor sector. It is the result of the company’s unwavering commitment to innovation and sustained investment, and will accelerate the industrialization of its photoresist products, enable large‑scale production, create new sources of profit growth, and enhance both its profitability and overall competitiveness.
To date, the company has developed multiple semiconductor i-line photoresists, LED g-line/h-line photoresists, and panel photoresists, and has entered the sample‑submission and testing phase with downstream customers; some of these products have already passed testing and are now in formal production.
