A national benchmark! Hunan Jiuri’s No. 2 Workshop has been awarded the “National Workers’ Vanguard” title.

On April 28, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions announced good news— The Second Workshop of Hunan Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiuri New Materials, has been honorably recognized as a “National Model Worker Unit,” vividly embodying the era’s prevailing ethos that “labor is most glorious, most noble, greatest, and most beautiful.”

Hunan Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the High-Tech Industrial Park of Hongjiang District, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. It serves as a leading benchmark for circular economy within the park and is a national high-tech enterprise and a Hunan Provincial Single-Champion Enterprise, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of UV-curable materials.

Hunan Jiuri’s Second Workshop was established in 2018 and currently employs over 100 staff members. It primarily undertakes the production of the company’s flagship product, “Photoinitiator 1104,” while also shouldering the manufacturing responsibilities for several other critical products, including 1059. As such, it serves as a cornerstone for ensuring both the company’s production capacity and market supply stability. Since its inception, the workshop team has consistently placed safe production at the forefront and innovation at the core, relentlessly pursuing the dual goals of enhancing both output and quality while reducing unit consumption and costs. On the production front, they have tackled challenges head-on and advanced with determination, earning the titles “Huaihua City Workers’ Vanguard” and “Hunan Province Workers’ Vanguard,” and receiving the company’s “Advanced Collective” award for eight consecutive years.

From being recognized as an advanced collective within the workshop, to earning the provincial-level “Workers’ Vanguard” title, and ultimately receiving the national “Workers’ Vanguard” honor, Workshop No. 2 has, through unwavering dedication and a record of continuous breakthroughs, exemplified the sense of responsibility and commitment of industrial workers in the new era, writing a brilliant chapter in which labor creates value and striving turns dreams into reality.

This year’s receipt of the “National Workers’ Vanguard” title not only reaffirms Hunan Jiuri’s overall management standards and core competitiveness, but also serves as a strong endorsement of the company’s development strategy—driven by both safety as an inviolable bottom line and a dual focus on quality and innovation.
