“Welcoming May Day, Striving to Build a Civilized City” – Inner Mongolia Jiuri Public Welfare Activity
On April 30, 2023, Inner Mongolia Jiuri organized a public‑service activity titled “Welcoming May Day, Striving to Build a Civilized City.” All Party members and young volunteers of Inner Mongolia Jiuri enthusiastically signed up and joined the effort to clean up litter on Xishan Mountain in Linxi County.
At 7:30 a.m., more than 70 volunteers set out from Chunlei Square. Led by the Party flag, the company flag, and the volunteer flag, two neatly organized lines marched toward Xishan, chanting resounding slogans. Over the course of three hours, they collected 68 bags of trash from Xishan and neatly sorted them for disposal at the landfill, contributing to the effort to build Linxi into a civilized city.
After the work session concluded, to liven up the atmosphere, the Administrative Office spontaneously organized a tug-of-war competition on the Xishan basketball court. Teams were divided into four groups, with each group’s captain rallying supporters and assembling their teams on the spot. Amid cheers and shouts from the crowd, the team led by Li Long, supervisor of Workshop No. 4, emerged victorious, creating an upbeat yet spirited scene. The tug-of-war showcased the spirit and unity of Inner Mongolia Jiuri’s employees, highlighting their determination and collaborative drive.
Going forward, Inner Mongolia Jiuri will lead all its employees in delivering even more outstanding achievements in Linxi!
