Jiu Ri New Materials has once again been recognized as a “Typical Practice Case of Listed Company Boards of Directors.”

Recently, the China Association of Public Companies announced the results of its “2024 Best Practice Cases for Listed Company Boards of Directors.” Following last year’s recognition as a “Typical Practice Case for Listed Company Boards of Directors,” the company has once again been honored this year.

To promote the compliant and effective operation of board of directors in listed companies, demonstrate best practices in corporate governance, and enhance overall governance effectiveness, the China Association of Public Companies has been continuously organizing the “Call for Best Practice Cases of Listed Company Boards of Directors.” The 2024 call for such cases was launched in July this year and, following preliminary screening, expert committee review, and integrity verification, evaluated submissions across multiple dimensions—including board operating mechanisms, director appointment and performance‑related systems, digital transformation, information disclosure management, investor relations, and the integration of ESG principles. Ultimately, the initiative recognized outstanding, exemplary, and model practice cases; the company was among the 106 enterprises honored as having “model practice cases.”

As the company’s highest decision-making body, the Board of Directors has consistently upheld a strong sense of responsibility, adhered to prudent and compliant governance, and continuously advanced the refinement of the corporate governance framework. It has also steadily enhanced the quality of information disclosure, strengthened investor relations management, and actively participated in corporate strategic decision-making, thereby fully exercising its functions and providing robust assurance for the company’s sound operations and sustainable development.

The company has once again been honored with the “Exemplary Board of Directors Practice Case” award, a testament to the high level of recognition from both the market and regulatory authorities for its board governance model and management practices. Moving forward, the board will continue to strengthen its own capabilities, steadfastly implement measures to enhance the quality of the listed company, and consistently improve its corporate governance, innovation capacity, competitiveness, and risk resilience. By continuously upgrading its governance system and governance effectiveness, the company will build robust momentum for high‑quality development, ensuring steady progress and sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.
