Jiuri New Materials has once again been recognized with the “Outstanding Practice Case for Listed Company Board Offices” and a 4A rating in the “Performance Evaluation of Listed Company Board Secretaries.”

Recently, the China Association of Public Companies released the results of its “2024 Best Practices in Corporate Secretariat Offices” and “2024 Performance Evaluation of Board Secretaries.” Following its consecutive recognition in 2022 and 2023—when it was awarded both the “Outstanding Practice Case for Corporate Secretariat Offices” and a 4A rating in the “Board Secretary Performance Evaluation”—the company has once again earned these two prestigious accolades this year.

The “Best Practices in Corporate Secretariat Operations of Listed Companies” case‑submission initiative is an evaluation conducted by the China Association of Public Companies to assess the performance of board offices at listed companies. The evaluation framework encompasses key areas such as information disclosure management, corporate governance framework development, investor relations management, the formulation and revision of relevant policies and procedures, as well as oversight and training.

“The Evaluation of Board Secretaries’ Performance” is an assessment conducted by the China Association of Public Companies to evaluate the performance of key executives—board members, supervisors, and senior management—in listed companies. It aims to strengthen the board secretariat workforce, enhance the professional competence and ethical standards of board secretaries, promote compliant履职 practices, and contribute to improving corporate governance. The evaluation framework encompasses ten major criteria—standardized operations, information disclosure, internal controls, investor relations management, social responsibility, and others—comprising a total of 57 specific indicators.

As the “window” for communication between the listed company and the capital markets, the Board Office is committed to enhancing the quality of information disclosure, continuously strengthening corporate governance, optimizing investor relations management, and improving capital‑raising and capital‑management capabilities, thereby ensuring the company’s compliant operations and long-term development.

As a bridge between the listed company and the capital markets, the board secretary, leveraging exceptional professional expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, focuses on key areas such as corporate governance, capital operations, information disclosure, and investor relations management. Adhering to principles of prudence and compliance, the board secretary strengthens communication with the capital markets, highlights the investment value of the listed company, and continuously promotes the standardization of corporate governance and the efficiency of capital operations, thereby presenting investors with a genuine, transparent, and compliant image of the listed company.

The company has once again been recognized with the “Outstanding Practice Case for Listed Company Board Offices” and a 4A rating in the “Performance Evaluation of Listed Company Board Secretaries,” which represents full acknowledgment from both the market and regulatory authorities of the company’s overall governance standards and compliance management capabilities. Moving forward, the company will continue to strengthen its corporate governance framework, further promote compliant operations in the capital markets, continually refine its investor protection mechanisms, consistently enhance the transparency of information disclosure, and build a robust communication bridge between the enterprise and the capital markets—thereby conveying the company’s value to the market with an even more open, transparent, and proactive stance.
