Gathering by the lakeside, brimming with energy.
Afternoon 3：00 At Shuixi Park, the sun was shining brightly as participants arrived one after another at the assembly point. Dressed in light, sporty attire, everyone was brimming with energy. From registration and group assignments to collecting race bibs—everywhere you looked, the air was thick with anticipation.
The group fitness class began on time, with stretches, jumps, and turns… Led by the instructor, everyone let go of work‑related tension and reawakened their body’s energy.
The starting gun fires—whether you’re walking or running, every step is a scenic view.
With a crisp whistle signaling the start, the group surged toward the lakeside trail like a spring tide. 4 A kilometer-long lakeside loop, with shimmering waters on one side and fresh green shoots on the other.
Some opt for a steady, brisk walk, strolling in small groups and chatting along the way; others choose a light, leisurely jog, savoring the refreshing breeze that brushes past their ears. Each member of Jiuri has become one of the most vibrant springtime scenes in Shuixi Park.
There’s sprinting, and even more so, perseverance.
At the finish line, applause and cheers erupted in waves as teammates crossed the tape one after another, their sweat mingling with smiles. Their spirited determination was the most vivid testament to spring itself.
Even more touching was that each of the participants who arrived one after another, though drenched in sweat, kept a steady stride. When the last runner crossed the finish line amid everyone’s cheers, the entire venue erupted in thunderous applause.
No one gave up, all the way through. 4 Kilometers—everyone finished the race!
As the sun sets in the west, the lake shimmers with golden hues, and a hundred smiling faces gather before the entrance of Shuixi Park, forming a warm, collective portrait.
