The Dajing Information project to produce 600 tons per year of photo‑sensitizers specifically for microelectronic lithography resists entered trial production on May 31, 2022. It is now in mass production and has secured continuous orders at the ton‑level. The project primarily manufactures PAC photo‑sensitizers for flat‑panel display and semiconductor g‑ and i‑line lithography resists, along with other related electronic‑chemical materials. The specialized PAC photo‑sensitizer is a critical raw material for display‑ and semiconductor‑grade g‑ and i‑line lithography resists, providing downstream lithography‑resist manufacturers with a reliable supply of core inputs.Through its independent research and development, the Company has accumulated a number of patented and non‑patented technologies. As of June 30, 2026, it holds 5 granted patents. Dajing Information will continue to provide a solid guarantee for the security of the supply chain of core materials for domestically produced photoresist.
