Xuzhou Dajing New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dajing New Materials) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianjin Jiuri Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 151.052632 million. The company is located in the Agglomeration Zone of the Pizhou Economic Development Zone in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 20,833.68 square meters. It has acquired production and utility equipment, including mixing reactors, filling units, G/I‑line lithography machines, and spin coaters/developers.
In August 2023, construction commenced on Dajing New Materials’ 4,500-ton photoresist project; by November 2024, the project was completed and entered the production phase. The facility is designed to produce 4,000 tons of panel‑grade photoresist and 500 tons of semiconductor‑grade photoresist annually, with a primary focus on manufacturing g‑, h‑, and i‑line photoresists for semiconductors as well as photoresists for display panels.Through independent research and development, the Company has accumulated a number of patented and non‑patented technologies. As of June 30, 2026, it holds 5 granted patents. Dajing New Materials will steadily become a significant production force in the field of panel and semiconductor photoresist.
