Tianjin Jiuri Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuri Semiconductor”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianjin Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuri New Materials”), with registered capital of RMB 200 million, and is located in the Xuefu Industrial Zone of Xiqing District, Tianjin.
Following its establishment in August 2021, Jiuri Semiconductor acquired state-of-the-art equipment, including lithography tools, fully automated developers, scanning electron microscopes, and stripping systems, and assembled an R&D team led by world‑leading experts in photoresist technology. After nearly a year of development, the company completed construction of a Class 1,000 cleanroom and its supporting facilities, enabling it to conduct technological R&D, product testing, and pilot‑scale production for G/I‑line semiconductor photoresists and display‑panel photoresists. Guided by the needs of the integrated circuit industry, Jiuri Semiconductor will develop fine chemical products such as photoacid generators, phenolic resins, and stripping solutions for use in photoresists; break through key technologies for the purification and preparation of photoresist raw materials; and overcome challenging formulation hurdles. The company is committed to establishing Tianjin as a major domestic hub for the R&D and industrialization of advanced semiconductor chemical materials.
This project leverages Jiuri New Materials’ robust technological expertise and R&D capabilities to develop cutting-edge technologies and products for panel‑level photoresists, semiconductor photoresists, and related electronic‑grade raw materials. As of June 30, 2026, the company has accumulated numerous patented and non‑patented technologies, holding seven authorized patents. The company is committed to addressing critical “bottleneck” technological challenges in China’s domestic semiconductor industry chain and to commercializing its R&D achievements through mass production, technology licensing, and strategic collaborations.
