Warm congratulations to the company’s Technology Center on being recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center.
On December 28, 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration jointly issued the “Notice on the Release of the List of Newly Recognized and All National Enterprise Technology Centers for 2020 (the 27th Batch)” (NDRC High-Tech [2020] No. 1918), announcing the list of the 27th batch of National Enterprise Technology Centers. The Technology Center of Tianjin Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center.

The Technology Center of Tianjin Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center.
The criteria for designating a National Enterprise Technology Center are stringent, involving a comprehensive assessment across six key indicators: R&D investment, talent pool, technological accumulation, innovation platforms, technological output, and innovation outcomes. The designation is finalized through a multi‑stage process that includes expert review, provincial and ministerial-level recommendations, national‑level evaluation, public announcement, and final adjudication. In this round of public notification, only five enterprises in Tianjin were newly recognized as National Enterprise Technology Centers. To date, there are a total of 1,636 such centers nationwide.
Since 2011, the company has been recognized as a “Tianjin Municipal Enterprise Technology Center.” Beginning in 2015, it initiated preparations to apply for designation as a National Enterprise Technology Center. Throughout this period, the company has remained focused on technological innovation, consistently attracted top talent, and steadily increased its output of research and development成果. After years of meticulous planning and refinement, and with the guidance and support of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Beichen District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, it has finally achieved official recognition. This prestigious honor underscores Jiu Ri New Materials’ ongoing commitment to innovation. Moving forward, we will further strengthen the development of our National Enterprise Technology Center, enhance our technological innovation capabilities, and leverage our role as a model for innovation, striving to become a global leader in photocurable materials.
