The National Intellectual Property Administration has granted our company an invention patent.
On February 24, 2020, the National Intellectual Property Administration granted Jiuri New Materials an invention patent entitled “A Method for Preparing 2,4,6-Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenyl Oxphosphine” (Application No.: 2017110190966). This invention patent was filed by Jiuri New Materials on October 27, 2017. The National Intellectual Property Administration published it on January 17, 2018, and it subsequently entered the substantive examination phase. On November 29, 2018, the first office action was issued, and following responses to two rounds of examination opinions, the company received the authorization notice. The patent protects a method for preparing the photoinitiator TPO, addressing challenges such as difficult raw-material synthesis and high production costs. It offers a preparation process that is based on readily available materials, low-cost, easy to operate, environmentally friendly, and capable of scaling up production without constraints. The grant of this patent has strengthened the competitiveness of the company’s independently developed products, while also expanding the quantity and scope of its intellectual property portfolio, thereby laying a solid foundation for enhancing Jiuri’s core competitiveness.
