The company, in collaboration with the Bohai Securities Kaihua Road Branch, visited the Yanyang Road Community to conduct investor education activities.
In active response to the Tianjin Securities Regulatory Bureau’s “2022 Community Grid‑Based Investor Education 100‑Day Campaign” within the Tianjin jurisdiction, and in furtherance of investor education and protection efforts, on January 4, 2023, the company partnered with the Kaihuadao Branch of Bohai Securities to conduct an investor education event at the Yanyang Road Community in Wangdingdi Subdistrict, Nankai District, Tianjin.

At the event’s opening, Hao Lei, Vice President and Board Secretary of the company, and Zheng Xiang, Deputy General Manager of the Kaihuadao Branch of Bohai Securities, each delivered remarks. Hao Lei stated that the company attaches great importance to this initiative and is delighted to partner with the Kaihuadao Branch of Bohai Securities to bring the event to the Yanyang Road Community. Investor education is a foundational effort for sustaining the healthy development of the capital market, and she expressed hope that this community‑based investor‑education program will help participants gain a deeper understanding of basic securities‑market knowledge and enhance their risk‑awareness.
During the event, Bohai Securities’ Kaihuadao Branch presented a session titled “The ‘Money-Losing’ Secrets You Didn’t Know,” thoroughly educating investors on how to mitigate financial risks and make sound, evidence-based investment decisions. The session covered three key areas: understanding one’s own investment behavior, identifying the four most common mistakes made during investing, and defining what constitutes effective investing. Following this, the Company’s Board Office delivered a presentation entitled “Understanding Listed Company Reports.” Given that small and medium-sized investors often lack the necessary expertise to interpret and utilize such reports, the session explained, in clear and accessible terms, critical documents including prospectuses, periodic reports, annual reports, earnings forecasts, and preliminary performance announcements. It also disseminated knowledge about corporate information disclosure, guiding investors to objectively assess a company’s operational capabilities by reviewing its disclosed materials, thereby helping them identify investment risks and make informed, rational investment choices.

This event received unanimous praise from community investors, who noted that the investor‑education initiative helped them enhance their ability to interpret listed‑company reports and understand how to participate in the capital market rationally and invest effectively. The joint investor‑education program organized by the company and the Kaihua Road Branch of Bohai Securities was a great success. Moving forward, the company will continue to implement investor education and protection efforts, tailoring its approach to specific circumstances to deliver targeted, multi‑tiered, and more comprehensive initiatives, thereby safeguarding investors’ legitimate rights and interests through concrete actions.
