The “Best Practices in Corporate Secretariat Operations” selection initiative is an evaluation conducted by the China Association of Public Companies to assess the performance of board offices at listed companies. It aims to encourage board office personnel to enhance their professional ethics and expertise, while promoting the establishment of industry benchmarks. The evaluation framework encompasses key areas such as information disclosure management, corporate governance framework development, investor relations management, the formulation and revision of relevant policies and procedures, and oversight and training, with a comprehensively designed, rigorous, fair, and objective set of criteria.

“The Evaluation of Board Secretaries’ Performance” is the first initiative by the China Association of Public Companies to assess the performance of key executives—board secretaries, directors, and senior management—at listed companies. It aims to strengthen the board secretary workforce, recognize and incentivize high-performing professionals, enhance the professional competence and ethical standards of board secretaries, promote compliant履职 practices, and contribute to improving corporate governance. The evaluation framework encompasses 10 major criteria—covering areas such as corporate compliance, information disclosure, internal control, and investor relations—and comprises 55 specific indicators.

The efficient operation of the Board Office team and the high‑quality performance of the company secretary are essential foundations for the steady development of a listed company. This year, the company has been honored with two prestigious annual awards from the China Association of Public Companies, reflecting the market and regulatory authorities’ strong recognition of its sound corporate governance, transparent information disclosure, and effective investor relations management. Moving forward, the company will further strengthen its securities‑related functions, continuously enhance its corporate governance, and, in accordance with principles of prudence and compliance, deepen communication with the capital markets. By building robust channels of engagement with investors, the company will present a genuine, transparent, and compliant public‑company image, communicate its intrinsic value, and ensure both regulatory compliance and long‑term sustainable growth.
