Inner Mongolia Jiuri | Awarded the 2024 Autonomous Region-level “Green Factory” designation
Recently, the Industrial and Information Technology Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced the list of 2024 autonomous‑region‑level green manufacturing demonstration units. Inner Mongolia Jiuri was awarded the “Green Factory” designation in recognition of its outstanding achievements in the field of green manufacturing.
Green manufacturing is a crucial means of addressing national resource and environmental challenges and a key task for achieving industrial transformation and upgrading. Among its components, green factories—characterized by intensive land use, non‑hazardous raw materials, clean production processes, waste valorization, and low‑carbon energy—are the cornerstone of green manufacturing.
Since commencing production in 2022, Inner Mongolia Jiuri has consistently adhered to the development philosophy of “energy conservation, environmental protection, and green, low‑carbon operations,” continuously deepening its commitment to green manufacturing. The company has introduced advanced foreign equipment and technologies, invested in automated control systems such as DCS and SIS, fundamentally enhancing system safety and significantly improving operational efficiency. It has also established an autonomous region‑level enterprise research and development center and maintains long‑term industry–university–research collaboration with Nankai University. Through scientific innovation and process optimization, the company has mastered domestically leading green, environmentally friendly, and energy‑saving production technologies, independently developed proprietary product processes, and established a production system encompassing “photoinitiator production–waste heat recovery–resource recycling,” thereby forming a complete circular‑economy industrial chain for photoinitiators. Meanwhile, by upgrading and modernizing its production lines, the company has achieved the dual objectives of safe, green production and energy conservation and consumption reduction, steadily advancing its path toward green and efficient growth.
