China Quality Conference | Jiuri New Materials Leads Industry Development with High Quality
At the recently held China Quality (2025 Nanjing) Conference, Jiuri New Materials was awarded the “Typical Case of Quality and Standardization in Private Enterprises” for its quality management model, which is driven by a dual approach: customer-centricity combined with independent innovation and digital‑intelligent empowerment.

As a leading enterprise in the “Advanced Petrochemical and Chemical New Materials” sector of China’s national strategic emerging industries, the company has, since its establishment in 1998, consistently focused on photoinitiators, monomers, and other photocurable materials. In 2020, it expanded into semiconductor chemical materials such as photosensitizers and photoresists. Leveraging innovative platforms—including the National Enterprise Technology Center and a national-level postdoctoral research workstation—the company has partnered with numerous universities to co‑establish joint research institutes, securing over one hundred patents and spearheading or participating in the development of multiple industry and national standards, thereby driving industry advancement through standardized practices.

Innovation-driven, quality wins globally.
In the field of photopolymerization, Jiuri New Materials has aligned itself with the development directions of “greenification” and “high performance,” continuously advancing product innovation and technological upgrades. In response to the stringent requirements of the European REACH regulation, the company has focused on the food and pharmaceutical packaging sectors, prioritizing the R&D of macromolecular photoinitiators, low‑migration/low‑toxicity photoinitiators, and bio‑based photoinitiators, thereby reducing environmental risks and health concerns at the source. Meanwhile, to meet the market’s growing demand for diversified, high‑performance solutions, the company has developed novel photoinitiators that offer exceptional stability, minimal odor, superior deep‑cure efficiency, and compatibility with LED light sources—particularly those emitting longer wavelengths—enabling the upgrade and replacement of numerous existing products and breaking the reliance on imported high‑end formulations.
In the semiconductor sector, the company is committed to achieving domestic production of photoresists and their core raw materials. Its R&D team has overcome numerous formulation challenges and successfully developed more than 30 types of photoresist products. Several of these products have passed validation and established stable sales, providing strong support for the independent and controllable supply of semiconductor chemical materials.
After more than two decades of dedicated development, the company has successfully achieved end-to-end product commercialization, spanning laboratory R&D, pilot-scale scale-up, large-scale production, and global market deployment, thereby establishing mature capabilities in technology transfer and industrialization. Our products are renowned for their exceptional and consistent quality, selling not only across over 40 provinces and municipalities nationwide but also reaching more than 20 countries and regions in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We have forged long-term, stable partnerships with thousands of customers worldwide and wield significant influence in the global photopolymer materials market.
Standards Lead, Quality Shapes the Future
In terms of quality improvement, production bases such as Hunan Jiuri, Inner Mongolia Jiuri, Dajing Information, and Shandong Jiuri have all placed great emphasis on standardizing, professionalizing, and systematizing their management practices. They have obtained full certification under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and are progressively pursuing certifications for the TFS Chemical Management System and the Energy Management System. The company has established a comprehensive lifecycle‑based quality management system, rigorously enforcing quality standards at every stage—from raw material procurement and production process control to final product inspection. By implementing smart manufacturing systems and digital management platforms, it has achieved real-time collection and analysis of production data, intelligent optimization and remote monitoring of process parameters, as well as dynamic early warning and traceability for key quality indicators. This digitized, intelligent quality‑management approach not only ensures precise control over production processes and end-to-end product traceability but also significantly enhances the efficiency of quality oversight and product consistency.
The honor of being recognized as a “Typical Case of Quality and Standardization in Private Enterprises” not only affirms Jiuri New Materials’ achievements in quality management but also sets a benchmark for the entire photopolymer materials industry. As China’s commitment to high‑quality development continues to deepen, Jiuri New Materials’ quality‑management practices will provide valuable guidance to more companies, helping to elevate the overall quality standards of China’s manufacturing sector. Looking ahead, the company will persist in advancing the research, development, and application of new technologies, processes, and materials, contributing further “Jiuri strength” to fostering new drivers of productivity and promoting high‑quality growth across the industry.
