October 16, 2022, was a joyous day for the People’s Republic of China. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China convened in Beijing—a momentous gathering held at a pivotal juncture as the entire Party and all the people of China embark on a new journey toward fully building a modern socialist country and marching forward toward the Second Centenary Goal.

The Party branches of the head office, Inner Mongolia Jiuri, Hunan Jiuri, Shandong Jiuri, Changzhou Jiuri, Jiuri Dajing, and other local units organized all Party members to attentively watch and listen to the grand opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promptly study and grasp the spirit of the Congress report, and carry out extensive red‑themed publicity activities in various forms to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress.

The Party branch of Jiuri New Materials (headquarters) organized a series of themed activities under the banner “Warmly Welcoming the 20th National Congress, Forever Following the Party,” featuring recitations of revolutionary poetry and sharing of memorable quotes from the Congress. Poems such as “We Are All People of Happiness,” “China’s Backbone,” “If Faith Had a Color,” “Ode to Splendor,” and “Reading China” were recited—some with resolute vigor, others in gentle, heartfelt tones—expressing the patriotic sentiments of Party members. With powerful verses, they lauded the Party’s outstanding achievements, vividly illustrating how, throughout an extraordinary century-long journey, the Communist Party of China has led hundreds of millions of people through countless hardships with unyielding perseverance and unwavering resolve, thus forging the grand momentum of a century-old party. The sharing of poignant maxims—“The country is the people, and the people are the country”; “Striving has forged the greatness of the new era”; “The decade of the new era holds milestone significance”; “Complete national reunification must and will surely be achieved”; “Through great struggles, the Party has created its century‑long achievements, and it will surely create new ones through fresh, great endeavors”—resonated deeply with Party members, igniting a sense of responsibility and mission to forge ahead on the new journey and make contributions in the new era. The Party Branch of Hunan Jiuri solemnly held a choral competition themed “Warmly Welcoming the 20th National Congress, Singing the Jiuri Dream,” presenting party members with a splendid audiovisual feast. Songs such as “The Red Flag Flies” and “Marching Toward Rejuvenation” passionately celebrated the remarkable achievements of national development over the past 73 years and the Chinese people’s boundless enthusiasm for the future; “Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China,” “A Heart of Gratitude,” and “Unity Is Strength” voiced the resolve and determination of Jiuri employees to remain steadfastly committed to the Party and pursue their dreams; while “My Chinese Heart,” “Party, My Dear Mother,” and “Heroes’ Solitude” deeply conveyed the new generation of party members’ reverence and remembrance for the revolutionary pioneers.
