Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall management of the Electrical and Instrumentation Team, serving as the primary person accountable for quality, safety, environmental protection, and occupational health within the team. 2. Ensure all team members strictly adhere to labor discipline, properly wear personal protective equipment, and strengthen workplace safety measures; collaborate with departmental leadership to provide safety training to all team members. 3. Oversee the implementation and enforcement of procedures related to power supply, electricity usage, metering, and instrumentation; work strictly in accordance with standard operating protocols, prohibit unauthorized operations or instructions, prevent electrical accidents, and maintain a 100% operational rate for power supply equipment, facilities, instruments, and associated meters. 4. Possess a thorough understanding of the working principles of all company electrical equipment, facilities, and instruments; be familiar with the main circuits, control circuits, and layout of associated instruments and meters, conduct regular inspections, promptly address or report any issues discovered, and refrain from leaving work until faults are resolved, preventing minor problems from escalating into major incidents. Ensure the safe and economical operation of all power supply and electricity‑using equipment and facilities, as well as the safe and accurate functioning of all associated instruments and meters. 5. Guide and supervise team members in accurately, diligently, and on time recording operational data for transformers, distribution panels, and other equipment and associated instruments; ensure timely documentation or reporting as required, and collect and securely store all records of power supply and distribution equipment operation. 6. Undertake maintenance (including moisture-proofing, rainproofing, freeze protection, lightning protection, calibration, etc.), servicing, and repair of all electrical and instrumentation components across company equipment and facilities; promptly report any issues beyond your capability, investigate and document the causes of major incidents, and submit detailed analysis reports; actively cooperate with production and technical departments in upgrading electrical and instrumentation systems supporting equipment. 7. Actively collect and properly archive records of instrument calibration, repairs, replacements, and other related activities, and perform statistical analysis; participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of new electrical and instrumentation equipment, assist in inventorying consumable parts, and review newly established operating procedures. 8. Continuously enhance professional skills, providing systematic training and assessments—especially for new hires and employees transitioning roles—in electrical and instrumentation operations and maintenance. 9. Maintain cleanliness within the team’s assigned area, rigorously enforce on-site management standards for maintenance and safe operation of electrical and instrumentation systems, and uphold a clean, comfortable working environment in line with 6S requirements. 10. Collaborate with departmental leadership to stay informed about key aspects such as team member status, equipment conditions, electricity consumption, and instrument usage; engage in employee morale‑building efforts, foster open communication, manage interpersonal relationships effectively, and convey frontline staff concerns. 11. Strictly comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures; actively attend departmental safety meetings; regularly organize team-level safety training sessions, pre‑shift briefings, and post‑shift debriefings. 12. Firmly complete all tasks assigned by company leadership on time, in full, and to the required quality; promptly report to relevant supervisors any tasks that cannot be fulfilled, clearly explaining the reasons, thereby ensuring strong execution capabilities. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Major in Instrumentation Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Demonstrated strong enthusiasm for work and solid knowledge of chemical engineering. 4. Exceptional sense of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough and meticulous inspection and acceptance of newly purchased equipment and components in accordance with the contract, complete the relevant acceptance forms, and promptly report any issues discovered. 2. Collect documentation such as manuals, certificates of conformity, material certifications, and other pertinent materials for newly installed or modified equipment, and establish detailed and comprehensive technical files for each piece of equipment. 3. Develop operating procedures for new and modified production and related equipment, regularly update these procedures, and prepare and refine maintenance standards for all production and auxiliary equipment. 4. Assist in receiving equipment suppliers’ commissioning and repair personnel at the plant, oversee on-site commissioning and repairs, and maintain, collect, and archive relevant records. 5. Timely update and maintain equipment registers; handle procedures for equipment additions, reallocations, relocations, and disposals in compliance with company equipment management policies, and coordinate monthly with the finance department. 6. Accurately compile and analyze statistics on the maintenance and operation of production and related equipment, and submit corresponding statistical reports and analytical findings in a timely manner. 7. Compile statistics on consumable parts for newly installed equipment and report them promptly; collaborate with the hardware warehouse to ensure appropriate safety stock levels for major equipment spare parts; at the end of each month, summarize information on material requirements and quantities for next month’s production and general equipment maintenance and upkeep, and submit this data on time; at month-end, aggregate and report hardware material consumption data from production workshops. 8. Participate in investigations into major equipment incidents and prepare and submit official reports. 9. Maintain cleanliness within your assigned area, rigorously implement 6S workplace management standards, and ensure a clean and comfortable working environment. 10. Support departmental oversight of maintenance and power‑related operations, participate in major overhauls and repairs of critical and key equipment, promptly report any issues identified, and coordinate with production and engineering departments during process modifications. 11. Strictly adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures; regularly attend departmental safety meetings; and assist the department head in implementing environmental protection, fire safety, and other related measures and plans. 12. Comply with the company’s occupational safety guidelines and policies, prioritize safety above all else, assist the department head in managing special‑purpose equipment, and receive government safety inspections as required by the company. 13. Diligently fulfill all tasks assigned by company leadership on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. If unable to meet assigned objectives, promptly report the situation and provide clear explanations to relevant supervisors to ensure accountability and execution. Job Experience Requirements: 1. A degree or background in chemical equipment management or a related field. 2. At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Prepare the annual budget for safety-related expenses, submit it for approval, and monitor its execution. 10. Assess the current safety conditions of the plant, conduct occupational health evaluations, and complete required filings. 11. Manage change‑control risks associated with company renovation projects. 12. Perform safety risk assessments and register major hazard sources at the facility. 13. Supervise the registration, filing, and periodic inspections of the company’s special equipment and combustible/toxic gas alarm systems. 14. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership in a timely manner. Job Experience Requirements: 1. Associate’s degree or higher in a chemical engineering or related field. 2. 3–5+ years of experience in production safety. 3. In-depth knowledge of production safety practices and familiarity with relevant procedures. 4. Possession of a Safety Engineer Certificate or Fire Safety Engineer Certificate. 5. Strong enthusiasm for work and extensive expertise in safety matters. 6. A strong sense of responsibility.
