Two of the company’s brands have been recognized as key internationally‑owned brands receiving priority support in Tianjin. Published on January 24, 2022 Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the “Notice of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce on Recognizing Key Internationally‑Owned Brands for Priority Development in Tianjin for 2021” (Jin Shangmao Fa [2021] No. 16). Following a comprehensive evaluation covering corporate R&D capabilities, compliance with international standards, market sales performance, trademark registration, development of an international marketing system, and public reputation, a total of 15 brands from 13 enterprises were selected. Among them, two brands from Jiuri New Materials were included. Jiuri New Materials has continuously strengthened its brand-building efforts by optimizing industrial planning, deepening industry development, reinforcing its leading position within the value chain, and enhancing its global competitiveness. On January 7, 2022, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice on the Announcement of the List of Enterprise Technology Centers Recognized in Hunan Province for 2021 (the 26th Batch),” under which the Technology Center of Hunan Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially designated as a provincial-level enterprise technology center. Through the acquisition of Hongrun Chemical, the company has further strengthened its position in the UV‑curing industry.

To strengthen control over upstream raw materials, in line with the company’s strategic plan and business development needs, on November 4, 2021, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Hunan Jiuri New Materials Co., Ltd., formally signed an agreement with Hunan Hongrun Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, Hunan Jiuri will acquire a 40.00% equity stake in Hongrun Chemical and inject additional capital. Upon completion of the transaction, Hunan Jiuri will hold a 52.00% equity interest in Hongrun Chemical, making Hongrun Chemical a controlling subsidiary of Hunan Jiuri. Benzoic acid, the flagship product of Hongrun Chemical, serves as a key raw material for the Company’s photoinitiator products. This acquisition marks another significant step forward in the Company’s strategic positioning within the UV‑curing industry.
